ASE Quality Guarantee

ASE Technology, Inc. products are manufactured under the International Standard ISO 9002 approved quality Process. We guarantee our products to be free of defects in material, workmanship and performance. If you are not satisfied with any ASE products, return the products for a full refund, credit or replacement.We also guarantee that if under normal use and service conditions, ASE toner, inkjet or ribbon product causes abnormal wear and/or deterioration to the printer, copier or fax machine in which the product was properly used, we will replace the product and reimburse the original purchase for parts and labor charges necessary. This guarantee does not apply to products which have been subject to alteration, abuse, accident or misuse. Machine repair reimbursement is subject to the receipt of an invoice and work order signed by the service company management clearly itemizing charges for parts and labor and including a statement as to the cause of the malfunction.
