How much do I need to spend to earn a reward check? |
You need to spend at least $1500 per calendar quarter, or at least $500 per calendar month via, fax, phone, and internet or through an ASE sales representative to earn a Rebate check. All qualifying purchases count toward earning ASE REWARDS.

How are my purchases tracked? |
| Once enrolling into the ASE REWARDS program all your purchases are calculated and tracked with the 16-digit card number on your ASE REWARDS card. Points are then assigned to your account and loaded into your quarterly ASE REWARDS rebate check |

How do I earn rewards when I buy from ASE Technology, Inc.? |
| You earn rewards no matter how you shop with ASE Technology, Inc. when visited by your account manager all purchases are rewarded also through catalog or online. Just give your customer number or show your card when making purchases from your ASE Account Manager. |

When is my ASE REWARDS Rebate check mailed to me? |
All ASE REWARDS Rebate checks are processed and mailed the 15th day of the following month at quarter end. See example below:
1st Quarter January March (REBATES are mailed April 15th) 2nd Quarter April June (REBATES are mailed July 15th) 3rd Quarter July September (REBATES are mailed October 15th) 4th Quarter October December (REBATES are mailed Jan. 15th) |
